After 25 years in Social Care, working as a Consultant and Head of Service within Social Care and leading over 60 staff, the founder and Managing Director, Maura Walsh, put to light her dream company. A company that she believes will be a vehicle to achieve financial freedom.

PM Renovations Ltd started as a simple conversation and was successfully launched on the 26th day of April 2018. A small property investment company based in South of London.

PM Renovations Ltd’s expertise started through its first project, when the Director, Maura Walsh became an accidental Landlord when moving from her own home to a new property back in 2008 after years of holding this one property PM Renovations LTD was formed when Maura Walsh acquired through auction a one-bed flat in Ashburton Road in July of 2018. This one-bed flat was fully refurbished and rented out by October 2018. From then on a variety of investment strategies followed in areas including HMOs, single lets and Business Acquisitions flowed in. To date, the company has purchased some 14 properties and has worked on many more for other investors and is continuing to grow in both residential and high-end renovations.

Behind the success of PM Renovations Ltd, ​Maura Walsh, has continuously met and connected with like-minded individuals with a passion for property where she has worked through and discuss a variety of property-related topics. Maura, is currently on an Elite Mentoring program with Kevin McDonnell at Progressive Property and is a member of several Business and Property Networks, which has helped grow the company via building Business relationships and gaining referrals to trusted members. This has allowed her to meet other professionals who help the business grow further.
