The Notice or Notices have been posted in line with UK Law and active legislation on behalf of the client named on the notice and by working with Local & National Government Agencies such as the Empty Homes Department, the Local County Council and HM Land Registry.

Removal of any notice without the express permission and written consent of PM renovations ltd is a criminal offence. Perpetrator(s) or their 3rd parties will be reported for offences of corporate sabotage, theft, criminal damage and/or trespass.
