This was a tired 1 bedroom flat purchase. We transformed this by completing a full refurbishment of adding a new fuse board, wired fire alarm, adding a new kitchen, a new bathroom, new radiators and redecorating the whole flat. We added new windows throughout and changed the layout of the kitchen to add in a washing machine and breakfast bar, so the kitchen could be self-contented.  This property had lots of interest before work was completed.
